BC Transit had purchased 147 Flyer E902 Trolley Coaches that were built in 1982-1984. They have Westinghouse Electrical components. The last full day of service for the E902 coaches was Friday April 18, 2008 with 2805, 2812, 2819, 2832, 2836, 2843, 2867, 2870, 2871, 2878, 2910, 2946 in service.  Flyer E901 2704 along with E902 2805 may be preserved by the Transit Museum Society for use on future fan trips and excursions.

Coach 2805 made the last revenue run for the Flyer Trolley coaches on 4-20-2008. Angus McIntyre was the driver for the last trip, on run 06-003. It pulled into Vancouver Transit Center at 1:46 AM on 4-21-08. A farewell to the Flyer E900 fan trips were held on the evening of Saturday April 26, and at Noon on Sunday April 27th, 2008. All Trips started at the Marpole loop and visited various parts of the city.
