Pierce Transit bought ten C30LFs in 2005 along with ten C40LFs. The coaches are very much similar to the previous order, except feature escape hatches in the front of the coach along with the rear, and came delivered with flashing YIELD signs, mounted slightly lower than on the previous order of coaches. These coaches were built in May of 2005, and put into service 2 months later in August.
