1007-1015 "Torpedos"
Home ] Up ]

In addition to the Philadelphia PCC's that were rebuilt for use on the F-Market Streetcar line, 3 former MUNI double ended "Torpedoes" were rebuilt at the same time by Morrison Knutson. These cars which were modified to only run off a single end, were rebuilt as genuine double end cars by MK, and repainted into the livery of different cities like the ex Philadelphia PCC cars. These cars kept their original MUNI numbers.
